We take away that headache for you and manage your claim from the outset. We make sure we obtain a full settlement with no deductions.

No headache for you – we deal with the insurance company, their loss adjuster and representatives ensuring minimal disturbance for you during what can be a very stressful time.
We make sure you receive your full settlement with no deductions or cost-cutting from the insurance company. So your property can be restored to its full pre-loss condition.
Nothing to pay upfront. We pay your policy excess* to your insurers and undertake all works using our directly employed fully vetted and qualified tradesmen. Maximum excess payable will be £500.
No need to source various tradesmen or materials. We do it all and organize all the drying, specialist cleaning and remedial works required to your property.
*policy excess is paid subject to a valid claim being accepted by your insurers. We will require a copy of your policy documents with policy number so we can initially liaise with your insurers to confirm your claim will be accepted.
